The video starts off with Jeremy Smith, President of California Pools and Landscape, saying that one of the common questions they get when planning a project for a custom pool is, how much does it cost?
To address this, he says that he will be looking at examples of pools within the budget range of $75 to $150 thousand to help potential clients plan and envision their backyard projects. Jeremy then tells us that several factors go into determining the price of a pool project. These are; material selection, project scope and size, jurisdictional requirements, access to the yard, site conditions, and additional features like landscapes and waterfalls.
The first example he lists features a nice deck area, materials such as travertine coping to highlight the pool, and fire features that frame the three spillways and the whole backyard.
The next example on the list can be described as an outdoor oasis. The freeform design and natural rock waterfall create a seamless transition to the area’s natural landscape.
The next design uses a formal approach that focuses on creating landing areas with the deck design and uses artificial turf to soften the look and provide additional deck area.
The next project also features a formal pool with artistic stone decking and artificial turf. It also features a fire pit and a unique water feature.
These are just a few examples of custom pool projects delivered by Jeremy and his team using a $75 K – $150 K price range.
